What service costs.
Every figure below is a starting price, and every visit rate is plus chemicals, billed at what it actually takes to treat your water. Most chemicals cost less than $1.00 per ounce. What moves a number is the pool: how long it has been left, what the equipment turns out to need, and how far up the mountain it sits.

Required on every new account. It sets the baseline for your water chemistry, confirms the equipment runs the way it should, and gets the pool ready for a regular schedule. Our maintenance team comes out on this visit too, inspects the pool and all related equipment, and flags anything that is already a problem or on its way to becoming one.
Every visit after the startup cleaning. Same rate whether we are on a check-in schedule or a weekly one.
If the startup inspection turns up work, or something breaks later, we schedule the maintenance team separately. You approve it before we do it. Emergency work is billed at this same rate.
Openings and closings.
For the outdoor pool or spa most of these properties have alongside the indoor one. Priced per visit, separate from the routine program.

Spring startup. Cover off and cleaned, equipment brought back online, pump and filter checked under load, water balanced and shocked, and the pool taken to swimmable before the season starts rather than during it.
Winterizing. Water balanced for storage, lines blown clear and plugged, equipment drained, filter cleaned, cover on. It costs more than an opening because it is the visit that decides whether spring is a startup or a repair bill.
*Starting price. What moves it is the pool: how long it has been sitting, what the equipment turns out to need, and how far out the property is. We tell you before the work happens, not after — anything past the program is quoted and approved first.
Shock · Chlorine tablets · Filter cartridges · Salt, for saltwater pools — billed separately based on the amount used. Everything else falls under the per-ounce chemical rate.

How we plan around your guests.
Send cleaning schedules a week out when you can. For last-minute cleanings or changes, twenty-four hours’ notice is the minimum we need to make it work.
Give us your turnover days and the route gets built around them, so the pool is serviced between stays rather than during one. If a booking lands at short notice, call and we will move the stop instead of sending a truck up the driveway while your guests are in the water.
Green water, a pump that will not run, a heater down in January, a leak losing water overnight — none of that waits for the next scheduled visit.

- Because nobody can service a pool well without knowing where it started. The first visit establishes the water chemistry baseline every later reading is measured against, and it is when the maintenance team walks the equipment: pump, filter, heater, and the A/C and dehumidifier that keep an indoor pool room from destroying itself. Problems that are already there, and the ones on their way, get found and photographed before a routine schedule begins rather than surfacing three months in as a surprise invoice. It starts at $150.00, once, and it is the visit that makes the routine stops predictable.
